You may book up to 14 days in advanced

Tuesday - Friday 2pm-8pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELING

Flexible reschedule policy. Client must reschedule before 6hrs of the initial
appointment, this can be done through the confirmation text or texting me. Reschedule
in order for the deposit to transfer. Late reschedules , within 6hrs of the appointment, will be charged an additional $25. There is a STRICT No Canceling policy. All payments are final.

Late Policy

Clients are responsible for arriving to their appointments on time. In the event where a client is late, the client should reach out to me via text message to let me know. there is a 10 min grace period. After grace period, the appointment is a NO SHOW.

NO CALL/ NO SHOW

There is no refund if you do not appear for your appointment.

Client VOID the chance of receiving a refund, but will be allowed to reschedule within 3 work days with a charge of $25.

REFUNDS

The deposit or paid amount will only be refunded to the client in the event that I (not the client) have to cancel an appointment.
