You may book up to 14 days in advanced

Tuesdays-Fridays (2 pm-8 pm)

Saturdays (9 am-5 pm)

Sundays & Mondays (CLOSED)

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELING

Flexible reschedule policy. The client must reschedule before 6 hours of the initial

appointment, this can be done through the confirmation text or texting me. Reschedule

for the deposit to transfer.

Late reschedules (within6hrs of the appointment) will be charged an additional $25. There is a
STRICT No Canceling policy. All payments are final.

LATE POLICY

Clients are responsible for arriving at their appointments on time. If a client
is late, the client should reach out to me via text message to let me
know. There is a 10-minute grace period. After the grace period, the
appointment is a NO SHOW.

NO CALL/ NO SHOW

There is no refund if you do not appear for your appointment.

Client VOID the chance of receiving a refund but will be allowed to reschedule within 3 work days with a charge of $25.

REFUNDS

The deposit or paid amount will only be refunded to the client if I (not the client) have to cancel an appointment.
